Her expertise encompasses Delivery Operations, Product Management, offshore/onshore models, Client Management, Finance, HR, Partner Success, Pre-sales, IT, Admin, and Operational Leadership—often thriving in uniquely challenging environments.
Renowned for her strategic management, Ashwini has a proven track record of building high-performance teams that execute cross-border campaigns for top-tier global publishers, marketers, and agencies within stringent timelines. Her career has included roles such as Technical Trainer, Client Service Analyst, Web Developer, Database Developer, Project Lead, and Delivery Manager, showcasing her depth of experience.
Ashwini currently serves as Country Head for iSOCRATES India, a subsidiary of iSOCRATES Inc., USA, which she established in Mysore in 2017. In this role, she oversees Global Delivery and Product Management, applying her comprehensive skills in project management, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and adaptability to consistently drive impactful results.
