Bhagya brings over 14 years of experience in the AdTech industry and is one of the early members of iSOCRATES. She began her journey with the company as a Campaign Manager, where she played a key role in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Over the past eight years, she has successfully transitioned through various operational roles, gaining deep expertise in campaign management, data-driven marketing, client success, and cross-functional collaboration. Today, as a Partner Success Manager, Bhagya leads relationships with major AdTech and DataTech clients.

As part of her role, Bhagya focuses on building strong client-partner relationships, overseeing end-to-end onboarding and delivery processes, and designing data-driven strategies that deliver tangible results. Her expertise in process improvement, innovative thinking, and analytical problem-solving enables her to create meaningful impact and drive sustained client growth.
