Bruce M. Masterson

Bruce has over 40 years’ experience managing and growing companies in the information industry serving legal and financial markets including multiple start-ups and early-stage ventures. He has 20 years’ experience as a senior executive with McGraw-Hill and Reuters in Chicago, London and New York coupled with 20 years in entrepreneurial companies as a CEO, CFO and CMO including 8 years as COO of Socrates Media and Socrates India. Bruce earned an MBA from the University of Chicago, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting and a BA in Economics from the Honors College of Michigan State University. Outside of work, Bruce enjoys long-distance cycling, exploring nature and travel – having visited every continent except Antarctica.
