Throughout his career, Jeff has led sales operations, developed strategic go-to-market initiatives, established performance KPIs, and built sales enablement programs that have driven significant recurring revenue growth. He has extensive experience managing enterprise sales teams, optimizing sales processes, and developing scalable strategies that improve business performance.

Jeff has also led strategic partnership initiatives with major technology providers, expanding alliance programs and creating new revenue opportunities through partner ecosystems. His background spans enterprise sales, customer success, strategic account management, and revenue operations, with a proven track record of helping organizations strengthen customer relationships and achieve sustained growth.

He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and Music from the University of South Carolina and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
