Our Team Omer Ozey

Omer is a neo-creative futurist (his words, not ours) and our hands-on Creative Director who believes happiness is the key to great work. Over the past decade, he’s worn many hats: leading student clubs in college, diving into the early days of digital media, designing strategic brands, and creating content for large-scale companies. He even launched a few online retail businesses along the way—though his heart has always been rooted in the world of creativity.

“The essence of creativity—whether you’re making a movie, designing a product, or running a campaign—has always been the same to me,” he says. “It’s about observing the life happening around you, understanding the humanity we’re part of, and translating those experiences into meaningful outcomes.”

Drawing from his experience across industries like publishing, travel, hospitality, and e-commerce, Omer is now applying his diverse know-how to the cutting-edge future of marketing: MADTECH.AI.

He is happily married to Gamze for over half a decade and loves ranking the cities they’ve visited based on the food they ate together. He also enjoys talking about life with people who have different perspectives and playing basketball when he’s not at work.
